Host's Note
The price includes: Tourist tax, air conditioning, internet, bed linen once a week, towels twice a week, toiletries, parking, and final cleaning.
Payment terms: To secure the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required. The sender bears the full cost of the sender's and recipient's bank charges.
Deposit: Upon arrival, the guest is required to deposit €200 with the apartment owner, which will be returned if the accommodation unit is not damaged.
